Edwin Rodriguez to Return as Chihuahuas Manager
The El Paso Chihuahuas and San Diego Padres announced the Chihuahuas 2021 manager and coaching staff on Tuesday. Edwin Rodriguez will return as manager, after leading the team to an 80-60 record in 2019. There are three new members of the coaching staff and two new members of the athletic training staff.
