Back for a third season, El Paso Locomotive has extended the loan of Aaron Gomez from its Borderplex sister club, FC Juarez for a third season. Aaron Gomez has recorded 11 goals and two assists over the course of the first seasons, making him one of the leading goal scorers for the El Paso club.
In one of the final tests before the season opener against New Mexico United on May 8, El Paso Locomotive downed its Mountain Division opponent Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC with a 3-1 victory on Sunday. The preseason friendly saw Aaron Gomez record two goals while Midfielder Dylan Mares found the third Locomotive goal.
Locomotive and KVIA continues their partnership into team’s third campaign through the USL Championship with at minimum eight Saturday home games being broadcast on the El Paso – Las Cruces CW.
Professional Sports Catering, LLC, the food and beverage provider of Southwest University Park, is looking for qualified candidates for the 2021 season.
Southwest University Park, home of the El Paso Chihuahuas and El Paso Locomotive FC, is still looking to fill some spots for gameday and event staff.
